Your question

What is Students in Classrooms?

Your answer

The Students in Classrooms team offer five different schemes; all of which vary in terms of the role, the commitment required and varies according to which age range you wish to work with.

The schemes available at NTU are:

  • Student Ambassadors Scheme
  • Teacher Associate Scheme
  • Primary Literacy Scheme
  • Inspire Mentoring Scheme

The schemes allow students to experience teaching, develop their skills, boost their CV and earn some money. While working with young people, students are able to act as positive role models, helping to raise aspirations and attainment.
You can find out more information about the schemes including how to apply and the benefits of getting involved by visiting our Students in Classrooms pages.
